I Was a Serial Quitter

I used to be a quick quitter—if things didn’t go my way right away, I was done. NEXT. I knew my body sensations all too well before I decided to quit. I tense up. My mind balls up, and I fidget. Anxiety builds, and I want relief, so I quit. However, I hated that conversation in my head when I quit. It was torture that could last a day, a month, or for years.

But I’ve reformed.

Now, when I feel that urge to quit, I pause, push through it, and take it step-by-step. Sometimes that means breaking things into tiny baby steps or stepping away to regroup, but I don’t quit. Growth is hard, but it’s worth it. I have accomplished so much more since I stopped quitting things because I was frustrated. My confidence and self-esteem shot through the roof. There is not too much I cannot accomplish.

If you’re ready to shift from giving up to showing up for yourself, let’s work together. My worksheets help women over 40 reclaim their power, live life more fully, and experience permanent happiness, peace, and joy one step at a time.
